Photoshoot Package

Package 1

Location : Horse stables with handler | Duration : 1 hour | Fee : RM 360.00 nett per horse |

Package 2

Location : Acro field or trail ride with handler at a jungle background | Duration : 3 hours | Fee : RM 720.00 nett per horse

Note

Should the shooting continue beyond the specified time, extra charges based on an hourly basis at RM 140.00nett per horse.
Available on weekday only except Thursday, for photography time from 10.00am – 5.30pm except 12.45noon to 2.00pm.
Please take note that we do not provide changing room.
We could arrange for a customize scene or/and create a picnic scene.
No shootings allowed on Saturday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

General Terms and Conditions:

Each package session can only commence upon the submission of the application form and confirm the payment fee.
Submission of proposed shooting date 7 days prior and is subject to approval.
Photography must not exceed the agreed session time limit.
Only the approved venue(s) indicated in the application form is allowed for the Photography / Videography session.
Large Photography props are not allowed.
Violation of any terms and conditions will entail a fine and immediate cancellation of Photography / Videography sessions.
Safety regulations need to be observed and adhered at all times.
No removal or reshuffle of pieces of equipment, plants or fittings which are properties of Berjaya Hills.
Any damages incurred during the course of Photography / Videography sessions are to be borne by guests/couple.
No outside food allowed in the premise of Berjaya Hills
Decent dress code / appropriate attire for the occasion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made with the stipulated time below shall be charged as follows :-

Full penalty imposed once deposited. We will allow amendment to the photoshoot date if you notify at least 7 days or more prior to the photoshoot date to a new date.
In event of no-show, the full prepayment shall be forfeited and non-transferable.
